Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If there’s an issue with your order, please read below and contact us.

1. Eligibility

  • You can request a return or exchange if the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective on arrival.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
  • For sizing issues we may offer exchange if the item is still in resellable condition. Availability depends on stock.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization (for example, worn gym wear / underlayers, or limited edition final sale drops). We’ll clearly mark those at checkout.

3. Time Window

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Past that window we may not be able to refund or exchange.

4. Refund Method

  • Prepaid / online payments: eligible refunds are usually sent back to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): eligible refunds may be processed as store credit / coupon code unless otherwise agreed.

5. How to Start a Return

Email support@freakthetix.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the product (front, defect if any)
  • Reason for return / exchange request

We’ll reply with next steps (pickup, address for return, or exchange approval).

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel before dispatch, contact us ASAP. Once shipped, it becomes a return/exchange request instead of a direct cancellation.
