2. Products & Pricing

We try to keep product details, pricing, sizing, and availability accurate. However, we may update or correct information at any time, including after you place an order (for example if a price was clearly incorrect due to a typo).

3. Orders

We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. Your order may be cancelled or refunded if an item becomes unavailable, fails quality check before shipping, or we detect payment/risk issues.

4. Payments

For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully completed through our payment partner. For Cash on Delivery (COD), you agree to pay the full amount (including any COD/handling fee) at the time of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, product photography, designs, and content on this site are owned by or licensed to FREAKTHETIX. You may not use them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, delayed shipments, courier issues, or product misuse.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
