Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed and handed to our delivery partners within 1–2 working days. During high-demand drops, dispatch may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Typical delivery window is 2–7 working days depending on your pincode, courier network, and location.

3. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link (for example Delhivery tracking / AWB number). You can also check status in your account / Orders page.

4. Address & Phone

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. Couriers may call before delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to unreachable phone numbers, incomplete addresses, or local delivery restrictions.

5. Failed Delivery / RTO

If the courier cannot deliver after multiple attempts and the package returns to us (RTO), we can reship (extra cost may apply) or treat it as a cancellation minus shipping/handling fees.

6. Cash on Delivery

COD may include an additional handling fee (for example ₹120) to cover COD / pickup costs. Refusing COD parcels repeatedly may lead to COD being disabled for your account.
